Weihai Vocational College, in collaboration with Suwon University in South Korea, launched an education program in Advertising Design and Production in December 2020, approved by the Education Department of Shandong Province (Approval Number: PDE37KR3A20211156N). This program is based on the Advertising Art Design major of Weihai Vocational College and the Communication Design major of Suwon University, aiming to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents with the basic theoretical knowledge of advertising art design, strong capabilities in advertising design, and the ability to engage in the design and production of print, film, and online advertisements, as well as management work.

2. Weihai Vocational College's Cooperative Education Program with Altai State Technical University, Russia
Weihai Vocational College, in collaboration with Altai State Technical University in Russia, initiated an education program in Software Technology in December 2020, approved by the Education Department of Shandong Province (Approval Number: PDE37RU3A20211155N). This cooperative education program is based on the Software Technology major of Weihai Vocational College and the Software and Information Systems major of Altai State Technical University, aiming to cultivate high-quality talents with basic theories and skills in computer software design and application, initial capabilities in system development, and the ability to engage in system design, scientific and technological development, and technical management work.
Altai State Technical University is one of the largest higher education institutions in Russia. Originally known as the Zaporozhye Mechanical Institute, it was relocated to Barnaul in 1941 and became the renowned Altai Polytechnic Institute, and was officially renamed Altai State Technical University in 1992. The Software and Information Systems major at Altai State Technical University boasts an excellent experimental and practical training environment. Since 1996, it has been the venue for the semi-finals of the ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest and has received multiple awards from the Russian Ministry of Education for scientific work in the field of information technology.

This cooperative education program is based on the Electrical Automation Technology major of Weihai Vocational College and the Electric Drive and Automation major of Altai State Technical University, aiming to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents in the field of electrical automation who can engage in the operation and maintenance as well as technical transformation of equipment electrical control systems, and the assembly, debugging, and operation and maintenance of automated production lines.
Altai State Technical University is one of the largest higher education institutions in Russia. 4.Weihai Vocational College's Cooperative Education Program with Tampere University of Applied Sciences, Finland
The cooperative education program in Architectural Decoration Engineering Technology, jointly organized by Weihai Vocational College and Tampere University of Applied Sciences in Finland, was approved by the Department of Education of Shandong Province in November 2022 (Approval Number: PDE37FI3A20231319N). The implementation of this cooperative education program is based on the Architectural Decoration Engineering Technology major of Weihai Vocational College and the Media and Arts major of Tampere University of Applied Sciences. The aim is to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents with an international perspective, capable of engaging in architectural decoration design, public space design, and display design, as well as construction and information management in interior and exterior decoration.
Tampere University of Applied Sciences is a public applied science and technology university and a multidisciplinary higher education institution oriented towards the international community. In 2016, it was awarded the quality label by the Finnish National Education Evaluation Center, and its quality system meets the national standards for quality management of higher education institutions and European standards. The Media and Arts major of Tampere University of Applied Sciences is one of its advantageous majors, where all professional teachers are triple-qualified teachers: holding a master's degree or above in their field, with more than three years of work experience in the industry, and having completed 60 European standard credits (1-2 years) of professional teacher education qualification training.
